3. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery is available to specified areas only. Delivery fees may apply.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

3.2 Pick-Up:

  • Pick-up orders must be collected within the specified time frame.

  • Tawatel Kitchen is not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the stated time.

3.3 Liability:

  • Once an order is delivered or picked up, Tawatel Kitchen is not liable for any damage, loss, or alteration to the food.

4. Refunds and Replacements

4.1 Tawatel Kitchen strives for quality and customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

4.2 Refunds or replacements are granted at Tawatel Kitchen’s discretion and may require proof of the issue.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

5.1 Tawatel Kitchen prepares food in facilities that handle common allergens. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur.
